Martin provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the firm. He has over 33 years of operations management, product management, product development, and technology management experience across a range of industries, including tax and accounting, healthcare, and transportation.
Prior to founding Lepper & Company, LLC, and Premier Payroll Partner, LLC, Martin held a range of leadership positions in large global organizations, including Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting, Johnson & Johnson, and United Parcel Service. He held an array of positions across these companies, including finance and administration, software development, product management, client services, supply chain management, and security.
Martin holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Madonna University and an M.S. in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.
When he’s not working, Martin continues to explore his interests in organizational psychology, cognitive science, and leadership development.
For recreation, Martin enjoys spending time with his family, doing anything outdoors (often with a camera in hand), practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and playing ice hockey.
