Marina Colarossi joined our firm in 2022 and serves as an Accounting Manager and Client Onboarding Lead. She plays a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, streamlined bookkeeping processes, and a smooth transition experience for new clients.
Marina specializes in managing complex accounting systems, resolving historical bookkeeping discrepancies, and producing reliable, decision-ready financial statements. She oversees monthly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries, ensuring financial data is organized, compliant, and strategically useful.
Known for her detail-oriented approach and calm, solutions-focused mindset, Marina works closely with business owners to improve financial clarity and operational efficiency. She partners with our tax team to provide well-structured documentation and clean financial records that support accurate tax planning and compliance.
As the leader of our Client Onboarding Department, Marina designs and oversees a structured onboarding process that helps new clients transition efficiently into our firm. She ensures accounting systems are properly set up, historical records are reconciled, and clients feel informed and confident from day one.
Marina is passionate about supporting community-based and growth-oriented businesses. She understands the operational and financial challenges small and mid-sized companies face and is committed to delivering dependable accounting support that empowers better decision-making.
Marina earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a specialization in IT Management from Colorado State University–Global.
Outside the office, she enjoys music—singing and playing the piano and ukulele—watching K-Dramas, gardening, and spending time with her family.
